Living Health Group is providing much needed at-home-support for those who are physically unable to attend an appointment or have recently been put into lockdown due to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
This support occurs via encrypted video that allows our Osteopaths to communicate face-to-face but also allows us to functionally assess your condition, injury and/or workstation. This is followed by a comprehensive treatment plan, that uses items that you have at home to provide a tailored self-treatment process and a follow up rehabilitation program.
With the current self-isolation and working from home, this powerful tool allows us to assess your current work environment and provide ergonomic advice, to teach you self care, to set goals, to keep you motivated whilst also addressing and treating any current musculoskeletal conditions.
