How we can help

Your care is shaped by what you need. Depending on your presentation and goals, this may include hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, strength testing or practical strategies to support you between appointments. Where appropriate, our practitioners can also work collaboratively across services.

Osteopathy

Assessment and hands-on care tailored to your symptoms, movement and goals, with a management plan built around your individual needs.

Remedial Massage

Assessment-led remedial massage tailored to your symptoms, muscular tension, movement and individual goals.

Myotherapy

Assessment and treatment of muscular pain and restriction, using hands-on techniques, dry needling where appropriate, and exercise.

Dry Needling

Used by our osteopaths and myotherapists where clinically appropriate, as part of a broader care plan.

VALD Strength Testing

Objective strength testing using VALD technology to measure strength, monitor progress and help inform rehabilitation and return-to-activity decisions.

Whether you’re active in sport or working in a physically demanding role, the demands on your body can vary considerably. We see a range of concerns involving the hamstrings, calves, neck and shoulders, with assessment and care tailored to your individual needs and activities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I park?
Free 3-hour parking is available directly outside the clinic at Shop 2, 190 Jells Road, Wheelers Hill.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly for private appointments. If you are on a GP care plan (EPC or CDM), book the same way and bring your referral paperwork, and we will take it from there.
Can I claim through my health fund?
If your extras policy includes osteopathy, myotherapy or remedial massage, you may be able to claim on the spot through our HICAPS terminal and pay the remaining gap. We recommend checking your level of cover with your health fund.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit begins by understanding you and the factors contributing to your symptoms. This includes a conversation about your history and goals, a movement assessment, and an explanation of our assessment findings. Where appropriate, hands-on treatment may form part of your first appointment, alongside an individualised management plan designed around your goals and the activities that matter most to you.
