Tessa completed a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Tessa was first drawn to Osteopathy due to its holistic approach to healthcare. She is qualified to provide an educational plan to your presenting trouble, as well as selecting a range of osteopathic techniques, advice and rehabilitative exercises that will provide you with the best outcome towards recovery.
Having recently competed in professional football with the Western Bulldogs (AFLW) and playing competitive basketball at the Nunawading Spectres; Tessa has a particular interest in treating sports injuries and working with athletes to achieve their ultimate goals. She enjoys working around the gym specifically in the areas of strength and conditioning.
Tessa is passionate about the importance of movement & physical activity and the role it plays in not only in our physical but also our mental health. Tessa ultimately strives to be able to provide patients with the necessary tools to perform or function at their best, but also to empower them to continue to do so outside of the clinic room.
Away from the clinic, you will most likely find Tessa outside; surfing, running or just enjoying the sunshine.
