Liam has completed a double degree in Health Science & Applied Sciences (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. Ever since he was a teenager Liam has had an interest in Science, Biomechanics, and holistic health. This passion for Science and the human body lead Liam to seek a career as an Osteopath.
Whilst at University he had a keen interest in Sports Medicine and working with athletes. Liam has experience dealing with acute and chronic sports injuries as a sports trainer, and as a strength and fitness coach for many local football and netball clubs. Liam has also completed a Sports Medicine internship with RMIT Sports Academy.
Liam enjoys treating patients from all different ages and backgrounds. During consultations Liam utilises numerous hands on techniques to provide patients with a personally tailored treatment and exercise program. Liam provides a holistic approach to each consultation, looking at how the injury affects the patient in many facets of their life, both physically and mentally. The overall goal of Liam’s treatment plan is to educate the patient on their injury and provide positive long term health outcomes for every patient. Liam can also incorporate Dry needling into his treatment plans.
When Liam is not in the clinic you will often find him lifting weights, surfing, swimming, playing drums, travelling, and going to gigs with mates.
