Charlotte Roza
Osteopath
Charlotte completed a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Her passion for osteopathy developed through her own involvement in sport, experiencing treatment first hand inspired her interest in human movement, injury management and rehabilitation.
Charlotte enjoys working collaboratively with patients, taking the time to understand their goals and tailoring management to support their recovery and return to activity. Her approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation and education, helping patients better understand their condition and feel confident throughout their recovery. She has also completed additional training in dry needling and cupping.
Charlotte enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, commonly managing sporting injuries, neck and back pain, and exercise-related conditions. Alongside her clinic work, she has experience as a sports trainer with local football clubs, providing sideline injury assessment, assisting with acute injury management, and supporting athletes through rehabilitation and return-to-play planning.
Outside the clinic, Charlotte enjoys waterskiing, netball and staying active. Her involvement in sport gives her a genuine appreciation for movement, performance and injury prevention, helping her connect with patients from all walks of life.
