Dr Ben Boyd-Cherry
Osteopath
Ben has completed a Bachelor of Biological Science at Deakin University, a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Throughout Ben’s Biology degree he gained a deeper understanding of the human body and through dealing with a range of injuries associated with Basketball and Football himself at the time, was left wanting to know more about pain and injury management. Ben then turned to Osteopathy after the completion of this degree and has now found that a holistic balance of hands-on treatment, lifestyle advice and exercise rehabilitation provides exceptional results. Ben employs a caring approach with each patient and will work in conjunction with you to create a treatment plan to your own personal needs.
Ben believes in giving his patients a thorough understanding of their condition and providing them with the self-management tools they need to improve as quickly as possible, as well as help prevent their injuries recurring in the future.
Ben enjoys treating a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, lower limb injuries related to running, along with low back, neck and shoulder pain. Outside of the clinic, Ben is an avid distance runner and enjoys surfing, mountain bike riding and socialising with friends.
